ITA is seeking a Resource Protection Support/Reports and Analysis Support Professional to join the team at Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait.

Responsibilities

Work is to be accomplished for the United States Air Force Central Command, directly supporting the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron performing Base Security Operations and Support services.

 

This individual will:

  • Conduct anti-robbery training and exercises, controlled area monitors training, and funds custodians and handlers training in support of the Air Force Resource Protection Program.
  • Operate security-monitoring equipment as necessary.
  • Advise on the management of the Installation Crime Prevention Program and all associated processes.
  • Conduct crime analysis and provide timely, accurate, and useful information to wing and squadron leadership, outside agencies, and police services.
  • Write crime prevention-related articles and develop crime analysis reports.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and maintain the resource protection Annex of the installation security plan.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and maintain Resource Protection annex of Installation Security Plan.
  • Brief the Chief of Security Forces and commanders on crimes and incidents involving base personnel.
  • Review, process, suspense, and distribute traffic incident and accident reports, tickets, complaints, and incident and information reports.
  • Review final actions and responses by commanders and supervisors to ensure timeliness and appropriateness, and takes action as required.
  • Analyze and evaluate reports and paperwork for accuracy and correctness.
  • Compile information and statistics for files, records, trend summaries, and reports, and take or make recommendations for action.
  • Advise on the management of installation traffic point system, driving revocation, and debarment programs and actions.
  • Ensure the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS), Defense Incident-Based Reporting System (DIBRS), and Report Control Symbol (RCS) reports, and other higher headquarters and local reports, are submitted as required.
  • Keep organization and installation leadership and personnel informed on statuses and activities.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have one (1) year of experience in overseeing and performing physical security surveys and inspections on Priority Level 4 controlled areas.  These areas include arms and ammunition, explosives areas, major funds facilities, and drug storage facilities.
  • Must have experience with inputting traffic citations, accidents, and incident/complaint reports into the Air Force approved system of record.
  • Must have at least one (1) year of experience with DoD Law Enforcement reports and analysis databases (ARIS and AFJIS).
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Must have experience with USAF Records Management.
  • Must have a state and be able to obtain a state and Government Driver’s License.
  • Completion of Indexing Compliance Manager course is desired.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance

 

All employees must successfully pass all medical screening as required per CENTCOM deployment standards.

  • Involvement in any group or organization that espouses extralegalviolence as a legitimate means to achieve an end
