ITA International is currently seeking a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Data Manager to join the team in Washington, DC at USCG Headquarters. 

While working with an integrated project team of stakeholders, duties will include;

• Oversee & Manage engineering and acquisition program data entry in an Integrated Data Environment (IDE) provided by the USCG
• Organize and manage documents both digitally and in hard copy
• Manage Outlook calendar scheduling
• Coordinate conference room reservations, record meeting meetings, inventory office supplies, initiate office supply procurement requests, initiate/process visitor requests & computer user accounts
• Initiate, track, and review tasks in the United States Coast Guard Task Management System web-based portal.

• 3 -10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree
• 6 years work experience, or an Associates Degree plus 4 years work experience, may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
• Active Secret Clearance
