ITA is seeking a Program Manager to join the team.

 

Please note this opportunity is contingent upon successful contract award, expected Summer 2024.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for program management oversight including regular updates related to project health, risks and project team composition. 
  • In addition oversee Data and AI subject matter experts (SMEs) that advise on and/or perform requirements across Department of the Air Force (DAF) Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Office (DAF CDAO) - office – SAF/CND SAF/CND lines of effort.
  • Program Manager will provide weekly updates to show status of deliverables, discussion roadblocks, and show SAF/CND leadership status of deliverables.
  • Provide Program Management Review Monthly updates in PowerPoint format.
  • Provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the task order including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising on-going technical efforts, and managing overall to performance.
  • Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the task order, to include both technical issues and business processes.
  • Plans and provides program and project management support and the contractor personnel resources necessary to support the task order.
  • Manages and oversees all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors and teaming partners, to satisfy the requirements identified by the government.
  • Serves a technical subject matter expert for recruiting and assessing candidates for the program.
  • Serves as a senior advisor to senior military and government leaders and staff at customer site.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Documented Experience in Scrum, Agile, Risk Management, Security Clearance Verification, Contract Staff Onboarding, Handling Classified and Controlled Unclassified Information, Access Controls and Timekeeping.  
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education.
  • Must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and written.
  • Experience within the past five years planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractor’s proposed methodologies and approach for a project or program similar in scope and complexity supporting a Geographic Combatant Command.
  • Desired: Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification preferred.
