ITA International is seeking an Infrastructure Project Specialist to join the team at Robins Air Force Base.

Responsibilities

ITA is seeking a Infrastructure Project Specialist in support of work at a United States Air Force operational wing. This support includes but is not limited to:

  • Provides guidance, execution strategies, and support for the maintenance and upkeep of government facilities.
  • Constructs and presents reports on project statuses, offering updates as necessary for meetings with General Officers, Senior Leaders, stakeholders, etc.
  • Upholds facility appearance and functionality standards.
  • Escorts uncleared contracted maintenance personnel and cleaning service providers as needed.
  • Coordinates maintenance support requirements and delivers first-phase maintenance support for designated government facilities.
  • Undertakes additional facility maintenance-related duties as required.
  • Manages and executes responsibilities within a classified facility, ensuring compliance with all security protocols.
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of classified facility regulations and escort procedures.
  • Exhibits familiarity with basic maintenance techniques, such as installing fluorescent light bulbs, moving or assembling office furniture, and operating a hand dolly.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of safe maintenance practices, emergency preparedness, and continuity of operations planning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Three to Five (3-5) years experience as an Infrastructure Project Specialist or applicable handyman experience.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret clearance.
  • U.S. Citizen, Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • One (1) year experience using Microsoft suite of applications tools, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint.
  • Excellent organization, administrative and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in developing schedules that accurately reflect milestones in project requirements and ensure oversight in the execution of various projects.
  • Able to manage tasks associated with multiple projects, prioritize, thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discretely.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and acumen.
  • Professional and collaborative.
  • Sitting, Standing, Climbing, Walking, Lifting (25 Lbs), Pulling or Pushing, Carrying, Grasping, Reaching, Stooping or Crouching, Crawling, Near Acuity, Speaking, Listening, Sight, Use of Hands/Fingers to Handle/Feel.
  • Exposure to environmental conditions, noise, hazards.
