ITA is seeking a Unit Program Coordinator (UPC) to join the team at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the organizational leadership team in the management of all administrative support program functions.
  • Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs.
  • Serves as an organizational liaison to the military and civilian personnel offices. 
  • Monitors personnel action requests, tracks personnel, manpower, and training transactions as documentation flows through the organization and provides status reports to management. 
  • Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization.
  • Provides advice and guidance to staff in the organization on administrative, clerical, and procedural requirements.
  • Primary point of contact for administrative support programs such as cybersecurity liaison (CL), Government Travel Card (GTC) program, Defense Travel System (DTS) administrator, drug demand reduction program, health care program, fitness program, Government Purchase Card (GPC) program, safety program, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts, security program, supply program, civilian timecard program and unit recognition program.
  • Provides support for the organization to utilize data analytics and data tools to improve EW Assessment performance and administration.
  • Evaluate all assigned duties for applicability and extension of 350th SWW operationalized data picture and integrate data metrics into daily decisions and battle rhythm.

Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Associate degree. administrative certification, or applicable experience.
  • 1 year experience with managing DoD administrative support programs.
  • Must be capable of obtaining and retaining a SECRET security clearance.
  • Knowledge of Air Force administrative programs and requirements.
  • Knowledge of the organizational and functional responsibilities and operations of an organization.
  • Knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operations and produce a variety of documents such as letters, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs.
  • Ability to fact-find, problem analysis, problem resolutions, and development of concrete action plans to solve problems.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and present facts, communicate effectively, using tact and courtesy and possess the ability to plan, organize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to plan and organize management programs and functions of an organization.
