ITA is seeking a Intermediate cleared analytics modeler and developer to join the team supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in Springfield, Virginia.

• Modeling and Development Expertise: Apply your skills in modeling and coding to support the development, approval, and acceptance of analytic products tailored to meet customer requirements.
• Design and Implementation: Take charge of the design, development, implementation, integration, and application of advanced analytic modeling solutions.
• Customer Collaboration: Engage directly with customers to define and specify requirements for data outputs, ensuring that the end products align closely with their needs.
• Inter-Team Coordination: Collaborate with fellow modelers and developers to ensure seamless data structuring for model inputs and effective data display outputs for internal stakeholders.
• Model Parameterization: Work closely with customers to elicit and define appropriate parameters for various models, enhancing the relevance and accuracy of analytic outcomes.
• Presentation and Briefing: Present and explain models, processes, and automated solutions to senior staff, team partners, and those involved in the governance of automation, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
• This role is an on-site position, requiring your presence at the NGA facility in Springfield, Virginia.

Key capabilities

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or similar subject matter
• 2+ years of analytic modeling experience
• Coding skills (Python preferred)
• Excellent communications skills - will interact with multiple groups of stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Innovative and adaptive mindset

Desired capabilities

• Bayesian network modeling and analysis experience
• Preferred modeling experience within defense or national security contracting industry.
• Master's Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or similar subject matter
• 5+ years of analytic modeling experience
