    ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.

     

    ITA is seeking a JTAC I/E SME to join our team in Cheyenne, WY. 

     

    Responsibilities

    - Provide operational training systems development support to include (but not limited to): support rotary wing CAS development support, support aerial interdiction (AI) and CAS syllabi development, and CAS program management.
    - Provide instruction to Fires Observers (FO), and JTACs in both live and virtual environments, IAW Joint Publications, Air Force, and unit guidance as requested by the customer.
    - Responsible for operational level management and operate as the liaison between the off-base nuclear convoys and collateral level entities of the developing Theater Air Control System (TACS) Air Operations Center (AOC).
    - Enhance tactical and operational realistic training utilizing current combat equipment in various training scenarios. 
    - Be familiar with and maintain compliance with the latest edition of mandatory documents when published including all updates, supplements and amendments. These documents will include but are not limited to AFI 13-112 and the CAS MOA for JTAC.
    - Provide a capability to part-task train, instruct, and assess operational 582 HG CAS aircrew and Contractor TAC members in conjunction with 582 HG tests, exercises,
    and training events.
    - Attend JTAC conferences, symposiums and meetings to ensure program continuity.
    - Provide monthly updates of the unit JTAC currency tracker. 
    - Coordinate with the Government JTAC program manager.

    Qualifications

    - Experience in course-ware and syllabi development.
    - Graduate of service weapons and tactics instructor course (USAFWS, WTI) desired. 
    - Minimum 2 years CAS qualified or certified experience (rotary-wing preferred) (note: Close Combat Attack (CCA), Army Aviation Attack Procedures (AAAP), Emergency CAS (E-CAS), and contractor provided training do not meet this criteria).
    - Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) CAS & JTAC program management experience; JTAC Instructor qualification required, JTAC SEE desired.
    - Current and Qualified JTAC-I.
    - Maintain JTAC, JTAC-I and JTAC-SEE qualifications in accordance with AFI 13-112 Volume 1 and 2.
    - Minimum security clearance of SECRET.
    - Instructional systems design (ISD) experience desired.

    - Requires hearing conseration testing.
