ITA International is seeking a qualified M-SOFS Travel Manager at JEB Little Creek, in Virginia Beach, VA.
This position is contingent upon successful contract award, estimated for January 2020.
Minimum of two years’ experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) and the Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) programs.
Must complete and maintain training certifications/qualifications required for DTS and GTCC program responsibilities.
Required experience and a working Knowledge of Joint Travel Regulations.
Be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs. Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
The travel manager will provide assistance in the management, coordination, processing and routing Defense Travel System (DTS) and Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) program requirements for command personnel.
Provides extensive and specialized customer service to command personnel in support of both programs.
Coordinates with the designated military representative(s) for each program.
Assists in maintaining an up-to-date records and training of all cardholders and account status.
Assists in identifying irregular data to generate reports to the Agency Program
Coordinator (APC), to include aging analysis, delinquency, and misuse reports.
Provides services as a Reviewing Official (RO) or Non-DTS Entry Agent (NDEA) as defined by command requirements.
