    ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.                                                                                                

    ITA International is currently seeking a motivated and talented individual who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience of a Senior Latent Print Lead supporting CENTCOM AOR, in this deployable position.

     

    This opportunitity is contingent upon contract award anticipated June 2020.

    Responsibilities

    Senior Latent Print Lead
    (a) Eight (8) years of experience working in a lab performing Latent Print examinations and analysis on all types of materials to include porous, non-porous, and semi-porous materials.
    (b) At least one (1) year of experience in managing and leading Latent Print lab personnel and procedures.
    (c) Experience using chemical, physical, and digital latent print examination techniques to produce a suitable print for matches and submissions to a database.
    (d) Experience conducting comparisons with latent and known exemplars.
    (e) Experience conducting examinations while maintaining chain of custody, and formulating interpretation results for forensic and/or intelligence exploitation.
    (f) Experience with administrative and technical review (AR/TR) lab procedures.
    (g) Experience performing quality checking of instruments and reagents.
    (h) Have 20/20 vision or correctable to 20/20 vision with no detected color vision deficiencies
    (i) Professional certifications such as International Association of Identification (IAI).
    (j) Experience utilizing and submitting to ABIS, AFIS, and/or other national databases.

    Qualifications

    Program Manager Qualifications 
     
    (1) Eight (8) years of specialized experience as a program manager of a team of technical and support personnel involved in Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP), Counter-Terrorism and/or Expeditionary Forensic program requirements.  If subcontracting is proposed, it is required that this experience include the management of subcontractors.
     
    (2) The above experience shall demonstrate the ability to deliver products under conditions of high operational tempo, frequently adjusting priorities and flux in requirements, on time and within budget.
     
    (3) Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing (i.e., experience in writing technical reports, presenting briefs) to civilian and military leadership.
     
    (4) Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to effectively and accurately present briefings, findings and recommendations to all levels of management.
     
    (5) Capable of passing a Defense Forensic Science Center (DFSC) assessment prior to performing case work in a DFSC lab.
     
    (6) A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree 4+ years’ experience working in a forensic laboratory performing DNA analysis on criminal evidence
     
    (7) Professional certification such as American Board of Criminalistics (ABC) is desired
     
    (8) Must be able to pass a CENTCOM physical exam
     
    (9) Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance
