    ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.                                                                                                

    ITA International is currently seeking a motivated and talented individual who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience of a Program Manager in our Dahlgren, Virginia location.

     

    This opportunitity is contingent upon contract award anticipated June 2020.

    Responsibilities

    The Program Manager will provide programmatic support to include development of program plans, schedules, attendance at and provision of oral briefings, and other written documents that describe planned,ongoing or future operations or tasks related to future forensic and biometrics capabilities required to support DOD mission objectives.
     
    The Program Manager will perform all necessary actions to prepare Contractor personnel for deployment OCONUS. This will include preparation and provision to the Government of documentation containing mandatory personal information so that Contractors may obtain, or be provided, Letter of Introduction and Authorization, Naval
    Message, Invitation Travel Authorization, Geneva Convention CAC Card, and other necessary documentation required for deployment.
     
    The Program Manager must have a working knowledge of WEAT software. 
     
    The Program Manager will manage the deployment of qualified personnel staffing forensics facilities in Afghanistan, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Atlanta, GA. Other locations will be required once requirements are derived from the combatant commands. Staffing requirements for a specific forensic facility will be identified by the Government. The specialties of these staffing requirements may vary based on the mission focus of a specific location. Furthermore, the Contractor may be required to temporarily reassign its employees from one location to another to assist with heavy workloads, as determined by the Government. The Contractor shall make all necessary arrangements for its employees to enter, work, and exit the country location of the labs. The Government will provide staffing levels and work areas necessary for each location.

    Qualifications

    Program Manager Qualifications 
     
    (1) Eight (8) years of specialized experience as a program manager of a team of technical and support personnel involved in Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP), Counter-Terrorism and/or Expeditionary Forensic program requirements.  If subcontracting is proposed, it is required that this experience include the management of subcontractors.
     
    (2) The above experience shall demonstrate the ability to deliver products under conditions of high operational tempo, frequently adjusting priorities and flux in requirements, on time and within budget.
     
    (3) Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing (i.e., experience in writing technical reports, presenting briefs) to civilian and military leadership.
     
    (4) Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to effectively and accurately present briefings, findings and recommendations to all levels of management.
     
    (5) Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
     
    (6) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.
     
    (7) Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance
