    ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.                                                                                                

    ITA International is currently seeking a Landing Craft Training Support to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA.

     

    This position is contingent upon successful contract award end of 2019.

     

    Responsibilities

    - Provide academic training and education in person, via distance learning, or a blended approach.
    - Provide operational support of Assault Craft simulations to include, but not limited to, the Landing Craft Air Cushioned (LCAC) Full Motion Trainer (FMT) and Virtual Environment LCAC (VE-LCAC).
    - Develop, maintain and distribute instructional material supported by outlines, lesson plans, reference material, briefs, lectures, videos, scenarios, animations, handouts, student and instructor workbooks and study guides, testing materials, critiques and feedback.
    - Provide government representative / stakeholders assistance to maintain reference library (virtual and hard copy) of unclassified material, documents and reference material required to conduct training, development and maintenance of curriculum.
    - Provide government representative / stakeholders guidance and assistance during the transition from the current LCAC to the Ship to Shore Connector (SSC). 
    - Provide support for curriculum review, development and implementation for academics of warfare training requirements.
    - Provide analysis and recommendations for preferred course/instruction delivery, face-to-face instruction, and synthetic training delivery. Requires close coordination between course/program manager leads for proper identification of requirements.
     
    Primary Location: EWTGL (JEB, Virginia Beach, VA)

     

    Qualifications

    - Experienced subject matter expert with Six (6) years experience in Landing Craft Training Support.
    -Experience training specialist.
    -Experience conducting fleet training analysis to identify gaps, training needs and solutions.
    -Experience developing and modifying training event/exercise scenarios.
    -Experience delivering training in person and/or online.
    -Experience developing training curriculums.
    -Experience managing training projects.
    -Experience designing custom training to meet Fleet/Joint training objectives.
    -Excellent public speaker/presentation skills.
    -Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
    -Excellent time management skills.
    -Bachelor degree and six (6) years experience or eight (8) years experience in lieu of degree.
