    ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.                                                                                                

    ITA International is currently seeking a Synthetic Training Program Support to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA.

     

    This position is contingent upon successful contract award end of 2019.

     

    Responsibilities

    - Support warfare curriculum utilizing synthetic war-gaming software (JSAF, MTWS, etc.) for live and synthetic events/exercises/classroom training.
    - Provide publication development, scenario development and training of naval officers for appropriate live and synthetic training events/exercises.
    - Provide warfare mission specific training development support utilizing synthetic war-gaming software, tactical and operational warfare instruction and scenario development.
    - Assist all phases of exercise development for live and synthetic training events/exercises.
    - Provide expertise/manning for white cell elements of live and synthetic training events/exercises.
    - Develop exercise documents, messages and orders (OPORD), exercise directives, exercise game book, etc.).
    - Develop synthetic exercise injects to enable accomplishment of training objectives for live and synthetic training events.
    - Provide expertise in all combat mission areas to include, but not limited to, IAMD, SUW, ASW, Strike, IO, and Intelligence with the operational and technical acumen for instructing assigned training audiences such as CSGs, ARGs and IDs.
    - Provide for the instruction and integration of IM and KM practices and procedures into ARG/MEU Staff Planning Course, ESG/MEB or other exercise/event participants regarding integration of KM learning objectives and naval policy.  Especially as related to afloat forces conducting expeditionary and or amphibious operations.  
    - Subcontractor support of SharePoint shall include:
    - Maintain existing database in support of tracking trained personnel.  
      - Report database exchanges in support of tracking trained personnel.  
      - Provide web and database services related to management of student training information.
     
    Primary Location:  EWTGL (JEB, Virginia Beach, VA)

     

     

    Qualifications

    - Five (5) Years experience as a senior trainer/evaluator.
    - Experienced subject matter expert in Synthetic Training Program Support.
    Experience managing/ prioritizing large, complex projects involving numerous stakeholders.
    Experience as Team and/or project leaders.
    Experience leading working groups and cross functional teams.
    Experience leveraging best practices and handling multiple tasks and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables.
    Experience engaging Senior Staff at the Flag Officer/Director/Manager level.
    Experience conducting fleet training analysis/assessment to identify gaps, training needs and solutions.
    Bachelor degree and eight (8) years experience or 10 years experience in lieu of degree.
