ITA is seeking a Lean Agile Requirements Support to join the team at Langley AFB.
This position is contingent upon contract modification, anticipated March 2020.
Expertise in Lean software requirements development and management with the ability to lead a team of traditional (waterfall) requirements managers and AOC practitioners through an epic change to become modern agile software requirements managers. These contract personnel are expected to be proficient in the use of Atlassian tools to aid in the requirements aspects of agile software development for the AOC WS. They will work in concert with Operational C2 Support and other division personnel to accurately document and manage appropriate requirements artifacts and information using the Di2E environment (Atlassian). These personnel will provide hands-on support to educate and familiarize the division Government personnel with the methods and processes of lean requirements management relevant to the needs of the AOC WS agile software development activities.
The contractor must have the following Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- SAFe® 4 Program Consultant Certification (or similar from other accredited program) and one additional certification from Scaled Agile (https://www.scaledagile.com/) (or similar accredited program).
- Two (2) years’ experience working with the Atlassian suite of management products.
- Desire two (2) years’ experience as an Agile/Lean Coach.
- Active SECRET clearance
