    ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.

     

    ITA is adding an Administrator to our team at USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC.

    Responsibilities

    Provide full-time, Administrative support to the USCG Polar Security Cutter (PSC) Acquisition Program in Washington, DC. While working with an integrated project team of stakeholders, duties will include; Oversee & Manage program data entry, organize/manage documents both digitally and in hard copy, manage Outlook calendar scheduling, coordinate conference room reservations, record meeting meetings, inventory office supplies, initiate office supply procurement requests, initiate/process visitor requests & computer user accounts, initiate/track/review tasks in the USCG Task Management System web-based portal.

    Qualifications

    •1-3 years of administrative experience and a BA/BS degree. 6 years work experience may be substituted for a BS Degree
    • a minimum of at least one (1) year demonstrated experience with shipbuilding acquisitions
    • a minimum of at least one (1) year demonstrated experience supporting a major system acquisition program (DHS/USCG Level I, DoD ACAT I or equivalent).
    • Be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance throughout the period of performance
    • Be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and MS Outlook and other software/tools provided on the Coast Guard Standard Workstation and provided for a specific position
