    ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.

     

    ITA is seeking a Collaboration System and Records Management Specialist to join the team at Langley AFB.  This position is contingent upon contract award in January 2019.

    Responsibilities

    This position manages division official records and collaboration systems (AFPortal, SharePoint, Intelink, and assigned network-based storage (“shared drives”)) in support of the organization’s mission and leadership direction, and in accordance with DoD and Air Force Instructions (AFIs).
    This manager administers division information and data organization, storage, and archival in support of various division missions.
    As Records Custodian, this position manages the division’s official Air Force Records in accordance with AFI 33-322, ensuring they meet the requirements of AFRIMS and ACC policies/directives.
    In the additional role as Information Owner, this position manages division information presented on official AFPortal websites, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current AFPortal content stipulations.
    Also serving as Site Owner, this SME manages up to four (4) Intelink Sites (including unlimited subsites) on NIPRNET (2) and SIPRNET (2), ensuring accuracy and compliance with content stipulations and division direction.
    The Site Owner also administers up to two (2) SharePoint Sites (including unlimited subsites) on NIPRNET (1) and SIPRNET (1), again with accuracy and compliance in accordance with content stipulations and division direction.
    The latter role also includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: ensuring material and sites are managed IAW AFI 33-115; ensuring material is cleared and documented for release on websites IAW AFI 35-101; ensuring that information is from a single source (no multiple copies of material); and verifying that content managers are properly trained before being granted permissions.
    This position manages access and permissions to official records and division collaboration environments; and provides user support to division personnel for basic system use, web page assembly, workflow creation, list and library creation, and other methods and processes supporting quality collaboration, document sharing, and division requirements.
    This SME creates, designs, modifies, manages, and deletes SharePoint content, pages, workflows, instructions, and permissions in accordance with prescribed directives and policies; and prepares and maintains procedures ensuring proper use and citation of copyrighted material.
    This position also advises division leadership of deficiencies in division processes relevant to established or updated policy guidance pertaining to record management; and implements changes according to leadership decisions.

    Qualifications

    ● Two (2) years’ experience within the past eight (8) years as a SharePoint 2010 (or newer) Site Owner or Administrator.

    ● Experience within the past six (6) years performing Records Custodian duties with AFRIMS.

    ● Secret clearance
