    ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.


    ITA is seeking an AOC Program Sustainment Support to join the team at Langley AFB.  This position is contingent upon contract award in January 2019.


    This position provides continued sustainment of the AOC WS program and division-sponsored subsystems such as Master Air Attack Planner Toolkit (MAAPTK). The SME interfaces with numerous external organizations, maintaining awareness of activities and potential requirements that could be levied upon the AOC program; and reviews, analyzes, and forwards for action those requirements submitted by supported sites, ensuring that appropriate stakeholders coordinate on system testing, fielding, and sustainment requirements. The SME in this position: identifies potential duplication of requests, presenting recommendations to the appropriate decision bodies for resolution; records priority for requested modifications, based on warfighter expectations for utility, supportability, and sustainability in the field, and division priorities for related capabilities and initiatives; supports stakeholder forums to determine change request or modification priorities; monitors trends in requests to the AOC Enterprise Help Desk (Tier 1) to support system modification considerations; participates in meetings/forums to resolve engineering issues related to program requirements; reviews program recommendations to stage modifications for inclusion in program releases to optimize delivery of capabilities to users in the field; ensures program-recommended solutions fulfill the modified requirements; participates in program reviews and technical interchange meetings, providing subject matter expertise to include data gathering and analysis, data evaluation, development of background papers, staff studies, or presentation materials that recommend a strategy, persuade an audience, or report program progress; assists SPO Site Assessment Team Visit (SATV) lessons learned and after-action item generation; represents division interests and priorities relevant to AOC fielding and installation decisions; ensures division equities are considered in fielding plans and documentation developed by the AOC SPO; represents the division on-site during fielding activities to ensure that the division's equities are known and advanced; helps develop strategies for AOC fielding and configuration management responsibilities; participates in fielding readiness reviews to ensure AOC sites, SPO, and other agency preparations reflect efficiency and successful installation; and contributes to System Requirements Letters to identify AOC-specific equipment/ system requirements based on location and mission.


    ● Two (2) years’ experience within the past ten (10) years performing change management activities IAW established Configuration Management II (CMII) commercial practices or modification program management processes IAW AFI 63-101.
    ● Three (3) years’ experience within the past six (6) years supporting AOC programs.
    ● Desire two (2) years’ experience within the past six (6) years working AOC fielding processes.
