    ITA International is currently recruiting for HAISR Operational Program Management Support (U-2/RQ-4) at Langley AFB.

    Responsibilities

    Manage HAISR assets to establish and execute weapon system CONOPs, activities, and functions. This includes equipment management and coordinating deployment, employment, and programming activities.
    Provide technical expertise, analysis and broad-based program support for all areas in the preparation and management of operational actions and documentation for all aspects of the AF planning and programming system. These include systems, subsystems, data links, communications, training systems, and intelligence systems with emphasis on HAISR Programs.
    Provide technical support and coordination for the integration of primary mission equipment (PME) modifications onto weapon system platforms, ensuring deployment schedules meet operational needs.
    Advise and assist with operational and logistic issues supporting weapon system management and system integration on aircraft, sensors, and data links. Make recommendations to A3M/A3MH to correct deficiencies, and work deployment and employment issues, to include exercise and training during program upgrades.
    Provide recommendations to acquisition and sustainment organizations for airframe, engine, electronic warfare system, sensor, and data link program managers on operational, and depot maintenance problems. Review established performance goals relative to design, operation, safety, and service to ensure deployed systems meet user requirements.
    Maintain knowledge of weapon system theories, principles, and techniques involving acquisition logistics processes to include: Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) system, AFTO 107 Depot Assistance Request process, AFTO 22 system, Maximum Economic Field Level Repair (MEFLR), weapon system intermediate level maintenance support concept, equipment management principles, and Base Level Repair Process.
    Assist in preparing and coordinating AF Form 1067, Modification Proposal Justification, Mission Needs Statements, Urgent Operational Need (UON)/Joint Urgent Operational Need (JUON), other requirement documents (i.e. Capabilities Control Document (CCD), Interface Control Document (ICD), etc.).
    Construct and coordinate individual allocations of HAISR platforms and associated equipment to meet theater commander needs. Maintain current understanding of theater commander operational and intelligence requirements for HAISR assets.
    Assist in editing, compiling, and coordinating all documents necessary to integrate HAISR assets into force applications.
    Assist in the development and coordination of DOC statements, METLs, CONOPs and CONEMP for planned utilization of HAISR war fighting resources.
    Monitor SORTS and DRRS reports, notify ACC/A3MH of significant changes, and obtain clarification when necessary.
    Provide technical support for the preparation, deployment, employment and reconstitution of airborne systems. 
    Assist in development and coordination of exercise requirements and objectives to ensure system capabilities are appropriately employed in exercise scenarios.
    Construct, update, and maintain office electronic records of various types i.e. calendars, scheduled flight activity, appointments, file plans, publications, regulations and procedures and tracker or suspense files as required.
    Provide technical and analytical assistance in Functional Area Records Management (FARM) Duties: responsible for ensuring correct maintenance of office files.
    Participate in acquisition monitoring and strategic planning. Advise and assist with long term strategic goals and capabilities required to achieve the operational management needs of ACC. Assist with the development, testing, and fielding of airframe, avionics, engine, electronic warfare systems, primary mission equipment, and associated ground support equipment.

    Qualifications

    Possess an Associate degree with a minimum of eight years operational or logistics experience within the HAISR mission area or an Associate degree with ten years operational or logistics experience within the airborne mission area.
    Minimum of two years of experience performing within a higher headquarters level staff.
