    ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.


    ITA International is seeking qualified candidates to join their team at Nellis AFB as a Naval Surface Warfare Officer SME.  This position is contingent upon contract award.


    Responsible for planning Naval Surface Warfare integration into constructive scenarios to include AEGIS Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD), Tomahawk Land Attack Missile (TLAM) planning, and Carrier Strike Group (CSG) Tactics.
    Liaise with Naval Surface units, Maritime Operations Centers (MOC's), and staff units to provide live and virtual participation in Air Operations Center (AOC) exercises.
    Coordinate, assist, and evaluate Naval participants performance in AOC exercises. Position will support planning (Concept development, Initial Planning, Mid Planning, Final Planning), execution and Lesson Learned/TTP development for Red Flag events and other COCOM, USAFWC, and 505 CCW events as required.


    Must have previously served as a Surface Warfare Officer (Aegis Cruiser/Destroyer), Fighter Pilot or Naval Flight Officer (E-2 Hawkeye or EP-3); TOPGUN graduate preferred.
    Must have a Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility at a minimum.
    Must be familiar with Navy standoff weapons employment, ballistic missile defense, Carrier Strike Group tactics and Navy Composite Warfare Commander (CWC) framework.
    Must understand and be able to speak to Maritime component scheme of maneuver.
    Should have exercise management experience and understand how to execute a Master Scenario Event List (MSEL).
