    ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.                                                                                                

     

    ITA International is currently seeking motivated and talented individuals who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience of a Course Support SME for our Hurlburt Field, FL  location.  This position is contingent upon contract award.

    Responsibilities

    Advises and instructs on joint warfare applications to include C2 in difficult to define, controversial, new or novel systems and functions of major agency, national, or international impact to senior Air Force leaders during courses and exercises.

    Be able to instruct on how to adjust analysis and instruction for differing AF warfighting senior training audiences after determining unique training objectives and requirements. Interact with specialized sub-sets of the training audience and develop training goals and programs and instruct independently given general over-arching training objectives.

    Must instruct on how to develop new procedures to address warfighting inadequacies, trends, or refined objectives observed during exercise. Provides world-class advanced training support for resident formal courses, just-in-time training events, and mobile training events.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited university or college
    Ten (10) years of DoD military experience
    One (1) year instructor experience
    Comply with all 705 TRS instructor certification requirements
    Proficient with multimedia operations – possess the knowledge, skills and abilities to develop and present graphics data and information for various audiences (academic, exercise, informational)
    Ability to perform and/or support course curriculum and courseware maintenance tasks
    Ability to perform as Course Manager
    Ten (10) years of senior-level experience in AFCHQ AOC and AFFOR operations, preferably with personal experience as either an AOC Commander/Director or AFFOR Chief of Staff
    OR
    5 years of experience in 705 TRS Advanced Academic senior-leader training (SJAT and/or C/JFACC Course)
    Ability to gain instructor certification across other 705 TRS courses where personal knowledge and experience are applicable
    Current US Top Secret/SSBI with SCI eligibility
