    ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.                                                                                                

     

    ITA International is currently seeking motivated and talented individuals who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience of a C2WAC Course Instructor for our Hurlburt Field, FL  location.  This position is contingent upon contract award.

    Responsibilities

    Prepare classrooms for instruction.
    Operate training equipment (i.e., projectors, televisions, computer learning stations, etc.)
    Issue required student courseware (Student Guides, handouts, approved changes, etc) required for course attendance to include maintaining student folders as required.
    Ensure course materials are current prior to each instruction event.
    Provide a scheduled review period to go over desired learning objectives and answer questions in preparation for student academic examinations/practical exercises.
    Administer and score examinations. Assist students in correcting wrong answers to 100 percent for each student after they pass the exam ensuring the student comprehends the correct answer.
    Provide counseling and remedial academic training to students upon failure of an academic examination or evaluation. Remediation shall be scheduled by the course manager and coordinated with the training flight. Remedial training shall be scheduled
    to allow continued normal progression in the syllabus or training plan.
    Retest students IAW the syllabus. Document all test failures and submit any requested information for inclusion in the course execution after action report.
    Provide make-up instruction and remedial academic training for students who have missed class for operational and approved personal reasons.
    Participate with student counseling and administrative review boards, as directed by the Government.
    Develop, review, and respond to end-of-phase and end-of-course critiques of academic instruction. Coordinate all critiques IAW the governing syllabus. Coordinate all student comments and courseware corrections, to include errata sheets, with the Government prior to use in the classroom. Provide completed critiques/student’s comments to the course manager for review.
    Develop and execute a comprehensive graduate evaluation plan used to determine academic instruction effectiveness, based on students feedback gained during practical field experience.
    Develop, and/or maintain currency of, continuity folders, reference material, audiovisual library, films, and tapes as well as System Training Plans (STP), Training Task Lists (TTL), Syllabi of Instruction (SOI), Instructor Guides (IG), Student Guides (SG), media, test banks, and other courseware documents required for successful formal instruction.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited university or college
    Ten (10) years of DoD military experience
    One (1) year instructor experience
    Comply with all 705 TRS instructor certification requirements
    Proficient with multimedia operations – possess the knowledge, skills and abilities to develop and present graphics data and information for various audiences (academic, exercise, informational)
    Ability to perform and/or support course curriculum and courseware maintenance tasks
    Demonstrated experience and personal expertise in and area required to fulfill the requirements of the C2WAC Team:
    • 6 SMEs - JOPPA and the Air Tasking Cycle
    • 1 SME - AOC Strategy Division (TET or MAAP Team experience)
    • 1 SME - AOC ISR Division
    • 1 SME – AFFOR A2, A3, or A5 experience
    • 2 SMEs – from any AOC Division
    Minimum 1 year of experience within the past 5 years in a geographic or global AFCHQ. [C2WAC Team must have good mix of experience from different (at least 3) geographic and global AFCHQs and theaters. Acceptable geographic AFCHQs include USAFE, PACAF, 7 AF, AFCENT, and AFSOUTH; Acceptable global AFCHQs include Joint Space Operations Center (JSpOC), Joint Global Strike Operations Center (JGSOC) and 24 AF (AFCYBER)]
    Have held a Position in the AFCHQs commensurate with that of an O-4 to O-6 and served as Team Chief or Division Chief
    Experience in operational-level air, space, and/or cyber warfare, both generally and in their specific functional and/or positional area in one or more operational- level AOC and/or AFFOR staff specialties/fields (If a SME’s AOC/AFFOR experience is older than 5 years, then that SME must have at least 1 year of previous military instructor experience in C2WAC, AFSSC, or C/JSSC)
    C2WAC Instructor Team must contain at least 3 AFSCs (11, 12, 13, 14, 17) with no more than 2 of any single AFSC
    (Highly Desired) 3 years of AFCHQ experience
    (Highly Desired) Post-2016 graduates of C2WAC/ACSTOPC
    (Highly Desired) Have participated in at least one Tier-1 operational- level exercise
    (Highly Desired) Team or Division Chief experience
    (Highly Desired) APG/OPG/OPT lead experience
    (Highly Desired) Graduate of any USAFWS or equivalent WIC
    (Highly Desired) Experience developing and teaching formal military courses
    Select individuals will be cross-utilized to support ACSTOPC instruction, and as such, must meet ACSTOPC instructor qualification requirements
    Ability to gain instructor certification across other 705 TRS courses where personal knowledge and experience are applicable
    Current US Top Secret/SSBI with SCI eligibility
