ITA International is currently seeking motivated and talented individuals who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience of an Air Support Operations Centers/Tactical Air Control Support for our Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia location. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Participate in logistics support working groups with ACC/A3J and ACC/A5Y counterparts, the TACP-M Program Office, and applicable logistics depots.
Assist with developing and assess support segments in program plans.
Participate with ASOC/TACP communications personnel in technical interchange meetings, parts screening and provisioning conferences, technical order in-process reviews and verification, logistics detail (LOGDET) and allowance standard review conferences, requirements working groups, and product improvement working groups.
Review and assess doctrine documents, strategic plans, tactics, techniques, and procedures for ASOC/TACP impacts.
Consolidate, review, and validate ASOC/TACP equipment and spares requirements.
Review and assess technical order change requests, modification proposals, repair level change requests, and deficiency reports.
Identify logistics problems and propose recommendations to improve lifecycle costs and system readiness performance.
Provide link between ASOC/TACP communications personnel and maintenance supply chain managers to address and resolve support issues.
Define, validate, and justify ASOC/TACP-specific Operations & Maintenance (O&M) requirements. Link ASOC/TACP sites and stakeholders to Communications and Information (C&I) functional managers and subject-matter experts.
Disseminate program guidance, policy, and task requests to ASOC/TACP stakeholders. Coordinate, consolidate, assess, and de-conflict ASOC/TACP inputs.
Establish and maintain membership to information sharing sites for situational awareness of C&I activity impacting ASOC/TACP O&M.
Establish and maintain automated information system accounts required for process actions including: Depot support requirements and funding validation - Centralized Asset Management (CAM), Common Access for Data Exchange (CAFDEx), equipment supply and support chain processes and queries in Air Force Equipment Management System (AFEMS), Equipment Requirements System, Federal & /Defense Logistics Information System (FLIS DLIS), and the National Security SATCOM Systems Synchronization Roadmap (NS4R).
Associate’s Degree in area of related discipline, or five (5) years’ experience in the areas prescribed in the description of duties
Five (5) years’ experience with project planning, mission needs evaluation, operational requirements, evaluation, and system modernization planning within the last 3 years.
