ITA International is currently seeking motivated and talented individuals who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience of a Cyber Technology Support for our Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia location. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Serve as a senior Cyber Systems Advisor in planning, designing, and implementing cyber system and service contracts to meet the business requirements of customer organizations.
Serve as a senior cyber analyst and advisor for Service Acquisition of AMIC-managed cyber-related programs. In addition, the Cyber Systems Advisor will provide technical advice, review and support for installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, management, and troubleshooting of equipment for System Administration and Network Administration to include supporting long-haul communications both satellite and terrestrial.
Review CDRL to ensure submissions are correct and timely, and provide CDRL Analysis Report to identify and report deficiencies to the Government program manager, the QAM, and functional COR and assist with developing preventive or corrective actions.
Provide advice to support project management to include developing draft Request for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Statement of Objectives (SOOs), providing cost estimates, completing market research, and updating Risk Management (RM) plans.
Provide inspection services of cyber-program contractors, then report results to the applicable Government program manager. Inspection services of third-party contracts is at the place of performance or at locations specified by the Government. See Table 2 for a list of locations.
Ensure contractor complies with applicable DoD, USAF, FAR, and ACC policies and directives as listed in applicable contracts.
Provide the Contracting Officer and the Program Manager with cyber-related technical advice for all aspects of performance of AMIC-managed contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing cyber-related technical support within the Cyber Network branch of the Mission Support and Readiness Division, but may provide support to other programs as workload permits.
Support projects or tasks associated with engineering, program control, configuration management, test, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
Evaluate any deviations from requirements and determine their mission impact. Advise on matters pertaining to contracted program services involving studies, reports, findings, and recommendations.
Provide a monthly status report to the Government by the 5th of each month showing the major tasks accomplished during the previous month to include program supported, current issues working upon, and projected tasks that will be accomplished during the upcoming month.
Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator or as a Network Administrator, either as military or as a civilian.
DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technical Level II certification.
Community College of the Air Force Associate’s degree in Electronic Systems Technology, or civilian Associate’s degree with equivalent major to Electronic Systems Technology.
