ITA International is currently seeking motivated and talented individuals who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience of an Information Assuarnce Assess and Authorize Support for our Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia location.
Provide advice and guidance to ACC’s sponsored IT programs, main operating bases, geographically separated ACC units and Combatant Commanders (COCOMs; Air Forces Northern (AFNORTH) and Air Forces Southern (AFSOUTH)) on ACC and higher level IA policy and its implementation and procedures used in the development, accreditation and operation of command systems/enclaves.
Interface with Joint and intra-governmental agencies in support of joint and virtual exercises sponsored by ACC functional communities and the USAF Warfare Center.
Review, analyze and provide guidance for ACC weapons systems and enclave Program Offices on Air Force accreditation.
Provide AF & ACC A&A guidance with primary focus on AF Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)/XACTA administration.
Provide system administration functions on Air Force Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) and XACTA, the automated A&A tool for Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementations, for MAJCOM-sponsored systems/enclaves seeking Air Force Authorizing Official (AO) accreditation.
Provide RMF/Network Information Security and Technology (NIST) or eMASS/XACTA familiarization training for command-sponsored Program Management Offices (PMOs) as required.
Assist in interpreting and refining government Cyber Security guidance and constraints and integrating them into draft concepts, tactics, techniques and procedures for implementation.
Assist in the development and training of continuous monitoring (CM) practices.
Coordinate with other staff offices and agencies at DoD, SAF, and MAJCOM levels on Cyber Security and A&A requirements for ACC sponsored systems/enclaves.
Assist ACC PMOs with Information Assurance related items required under the Federal Information Systems Management Act (FISMA).
Assist in ACC implementation of DoD and Air Force A&A programs, to include interfacing with higher headquarters, agencies and field units to identify technical and programmatic requirements. Help represent the MAJCOM in AF level working groups and provide input that helps develop AF policy.
Assist in developing and implementing ACC’s migration to Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Continuous Monitoring (CM).
Leadership Certification (GSLC), or the CompTIA Security+ Certification) IAW DoDD 8140 Cyberspace Workforce Management and DoD 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, is required
Three (3) years’ experience with Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP).
Three (3) years’ recent experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) controls.
Six (6) years Air Force Information Assurance experience.
One (1) year experience providing MAJCOM review of ACC RMF packages to provide Program Office with an initial assessment.
Four (4) years’ experience with numbered air force (NAF) or higher staff organizations and base-level network architecture, as well as experience working issues with AFSPC AO and AF level representatives.
Four (4) years’ experience with DoD & Air Force Information Assurance policy, guidelines, and principles.
Four (4) years’ experience providing eMASS user training and account administration for the MAJCOM. Need to be familiar with XACTA capabilities.
One (1) year experience with Enterprise Information Technology Data Repository (EITDR) and at least one (1) year experience with Information Technology Investment Portfolio System (ITIPS).
One (1) year experience providing ITIPS user training and account administration for MAJCOM.
Four (4) years’ experience with DISA Global Information Grid (GIG) Interconnection Approval Process (GIAP).
Four (4) years’ experience with DISA’s System Network Approval Process (SNAP).
Six (6) years’ experience of effective communications (oral and written) at MAJCOM-level.
