    ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.   ITA is currently seeking a Project Lead - located in Qatar.

    Responsibilities

    The Project Lead for 4 Local Employee Screening and Testing Teams OCONUS will  be the ITA’s in-country implementer and manager.

    Project Lead is responsible for ensuring that all PWS requirements are met and that all personnel filling each position are qualified and meet all expectations.

    The Project Lead will conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections to assess, rate and improve performance IAW ITA’s QMS.

    Project Lead will work with Team Leaders to document deficiencies, proficiencies and any incidents and implements any remedial steps, as necessary, to improve performance.

    The Project Lead will be responsible for the management of a Near Real Time Identity Operations (NRTIO) biometrics capability; a Preliminary Credibility Assessment Screening System (PCASS) capability; and a Cellular Exploitation (CELLEX) capability at each site.

    Qualifications

    The Project Lead shall be AFOSI Special Agent, Naval Criminal Investigative Service, (NCIS) Special Agent, US Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID) Special Agent, or USAF AFSC 3P0X1 Investigator equivalent.

     

    This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of equivalent work experience and management experience.

     

    US passport required

     

    Secret clearance required

     

    Deployed experience is preferred

     

    Screeners with secondary and tertiary language abilities are highly desired
