    ITA International is seeking qualified candidates to join their team in Elizabeth City as a Senior Asset Maintenance Analyst. This position is contingent upon contract award.

    Responsibilities

    Senior Asset Maintenance Analyst tasks include, but are not limited to:
    • Aid in the completion of MPC revisions, researching CG-22s, completing QA documents, and updating complement and program hour data in ALMIS.
    • Maintain the Document Control Library with the latest version of each ACMS operations document and related procedures document. Draft changes to the ACMS applicable documents shall be submitted to the COR for approval.
    • Maintain oversight of MPC/MTC revision schedules (ensuring schedules are met), ensuring additions and revisions are managed IAW the procedures in the ACMS Maintenance Analysis Procedure Guide, CG 86-020, and advising the COR of any process delays.
    • Resolve data discrepancies pertaining to asset maintenance, asset operations (DSS/EAL, ACMS status and transfers), and asset operating statistics. Each incident resolved is reviewed to determine the source, and possible preventive measures. Possible solutions to software should be submitted to the COR using a SCR for approval.
    • Receipt of errant or questionable transaction data from the ALMIS data system that is subject to review and/or resolution. Corrections are accomplished through liaison with reporting activity’s ACMS staff, Reliability Analysts or Government personnel.
    • Assume asset analyst task when required due to, personnel shortages or surge requirements, as required, and train Field Terminal Operators or management personnel as requested in use and maintenance of the ACMS system and related programs in the absence of primary trainer(s).
    • Verify and correct user errors using the GUI, review SCHR to ensure there is a logical sequence of recorded events and updates, verify enrollment data, and verify Part Number and Manufacturer’s name exists in the database and consolidating errant part types if discovered.
    • Review logical sequencing of events and aging and entering concise statements to describe historical events as needed for used parts, ensuring currency of maintenance requirements, both scheduled and unscheduled (TCTOs, Service Bulletins, special inspections) and verifying status and ensuring proper approval for components that users request to be scrapped or condemned and to make inactive components active.
    • Validate asset and components Time Since New (TSN) logical growth, review life limit requirements for changes/applicability and the component monitored list for validity, and maintaining the Part Number/Manufacturer table integrity.
    • Conduct routine research, to include isolation of individual transactions in data cataloged by job or event in ACMS, Asset Statistics, and Mission Operations, or EAL tables.
    • Typical ACMS research includes resolution of part installation/removal sequences and aging.
    • Maintain the Hazmat warnings and cautions database for use in MPC/MTCs and publications.
    • Test for corrections made to Discrepancy Reports (DR) to ensure the reported malfunction is correct in the production database and testing system SCR ensuring functionality for the user.
    • Initiate SCR report for user-requested function or analyst identified changes to provide an ability or information not currently available in the system and initiating a corrective action (CR) when a system program does not function correctly.
    • Monitor official USCG message traffic during normal business hours. Official messages received and monitored by the Contractor shall be limited to those that authorize the Contractor to update asset programmed hours, suspend an asset’s calendar maintenance, or revise the appropriate asset MRL to track compliance with a TCTO.
    • Assist with asset transfers in ALMIS when required.
    • Assist the USCG in determining data requirements required to enroll assets into ACMS\CMM.
    • Other analyst duties as required.

    Qualifications

    •    Ten (10) years CMM.
    •    Ten (10) years of aviation asset maintenance experience.
    •    Two (2) years of experience supporting CMM software integration.
    •    Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
    •    Experience using Electronic Asset Logbook and Decision Support System.
