    ITA International is seeking qualified candidates to join their team in Pascagoula, MS as Junior Logistics Configuration Management and Technical Data Support Analyst for USCG PRO-GC. This position is contingent upon contract award.

    • Aid in technical oversight for the shipbuilder’s execution of logistics CDRL development. Determine shipbuilder compliance with applicable NSC contract Document and report discrepancies to the assigned Task Manager and/or COR for documentation in the contract history file
    • Provide logistics Configuration Data Management (CDM) and Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) support to PROGC by evaluating the configuration statuses of production assets, ensuring applicable logistics documentation, and technical and design specifications are consistent with the as-built configuration, and approved
    • Assist PROGC with the Cutter material load-out evolution, which includes: interfacing with USCG and Shipbuilder warehouse personnel; attending load-out meetings; assisting with material inventories; recording and cataloging material transfer
    • Participate in Government review processes to track and report on configuration change management developments including Diminished Manufacturing Sources (DMS), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Waterfront Changes (WFC), and Minor Change Notices (MCN).
    • Establish and maintain effective communication and liaison with various process groups; particularly, PROGC IPT, and the Shipbuilder’s Logistics and Warehouse
    • Identify problem areas, recommend solutions, and assist in resolving problems associated with lifecycle logistics
    • Support logistics conferences, ILS Management Team Meetings (ILSMT), Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM), and production milestones as
    • Participate in the development of data submittals in response to assigned TAM/COR
    • Identify problem areas, recommend solutions, and assist in resolving problems associated with lifecycle logistics products and
    • Provide production and post-delivery logistics support to USCG stakeholders

    Work Environment:

    Required work occurs in an office setting and in an industrial construction environment. The work is sedentary while in the office. The required work performed in the industrial environment occurs outdoors, in warehouses, aboard NSCs during construction and while underway, at sea. Safety conditions require the use of personal protective equipment or clothing as dictated by PROGC and the Shipbuilder’s policies and procedures.


    Physical Abilities:

    The tasking described within this work statement requires moderate walking, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, movement throughout an industrial shipyard facility, movement throughout NSCs under construction, and while underway, at sea. This includes traversing narrow and steep stairways and ladders.


    Qualifications are:

    • Minimum of two years progressive experience in acquisition or life cycle logistics.
    • Minimum of four years’ experience with Naval Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical systems. Experience obtained from U.S. Navy or USCG military service is acceptable.
    • Minimum of one-year experience in the use, development, review, and application of technical data processes.
    • Minimum of one-year experience in the application of logistics configuration management
    • Possess a general knowledge of maintenance task development processes
    • Have a general knowledge of Supply Support products and processes.
    • Must possess an active SECRET clearance
