    ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.

     

    ITA International is seeking qualified candidates to join their team in Shaw AFB, SC as the Joint Task Force Computer and Communications Senior Planner for Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) 9th Air Force, Rear Mission Support Element (RMSE). This position is contingent upon contract award.

     

    Responsibilities

    Duties and Responsibilities include:

    • Implement documents for MSEL events, monitor their execution, and provide analysis on execution.
    • Provide instruction in accordance with the Government-provided syllabus.
    • Train JTF personnel regarding current and predicted operational environments, missions, and requirements. Support approximately 6 classes per year with a notional class size of 40 personnel.
    • Provide functional expertise in JTF and/or Command and Control operations to include JTF types and composition, communications and computer power issues, communications and computer fielding issues, technical support (e.g. small computers, video teleconference communication, and secure telephone communication), and other operations issues
    • Assist lead Joint Task Force Conceptual Operational Plans, Training, and Execution Senior Planner to review, develop, and prepare JTF CONOPs, conceptual operational plans, and proper execution of JTF process execution.
    • Define the hardware and software requirements and configurations for JTF exercises both at home and deployed.
    • Assist lead Master Scheduler/Event Coordinator to maintain the JTF Community of Practice website maintaining, reorganizing, and updating the customer’s Community of Practice website.
    • Assess and facilitate the development of concept of employments for new/modified JTF applications/capabilities; conduct warfighter shops to identify and document modifications to current and advance tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
    • Assist lead Master Scheduler/Event Coordinator to track, or generate if not existing, a comprehensive IMS capturing key milestones within current JTF systems (Global Command and Control System-Joint, GCCS-J) and depicting relationship to key milestones of related programs (Deployable Joint Command and Control System, DJC2).
    • Assist lead Special Programs Security Manager to advise the JTF leadership on the operational impact of Informational Assurance controls.
    • Perform as Lead to liaise with the ACC Communications Directorate (ACC/A6C), ACC Intelligence Directorate, ISR Systems (ACC/A2O), Air Mobility Command (AMC), and Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) for all issues pertaining to the DJC2 configuration status and changes.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • 3 years of joint cyber and communications operations within a Joint or Combined Staff
    • 2 years of experience in the JOPP
    • Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility

    Desired:

    • 5 years of Joint Communications/Cyber Officer experience within a Joint or Combined Staff
    • 3 years of experience within an operational headquarters staff
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
