    ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.

     

    ITA International is seeking qualified candidates to join their team in Shaw AFB, SC as the Special Programs Security Manager for Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) 9th Air Force, Rear Mission Support Element (RMSE). This position is contingent upon contract award.

    Responsibilities

    Duties and Responsibilities include:

    • 8.1 Perform as Lead Contractor to ensure all 9 AF assigned Staff and RMSE attendees are provided the requisite accesses to information and facilities according to mission needs.
    • 8.2 Provide instruction in accordance with the Government-provided syllabus.
    • 8.3 Train JTF personnel regarding current and predicted operational environments, missions, and requirements. Support approximately 6 classes per year with a notional class size of 40 personnel.
    • 8.4 Coordinate with COCOM, Joint, and Service STO offices to ensure all pre-deployment needs related to STO programs are accomplished.
    • 8.5 Perform as Lead Contractor to manage pre-deployment STO requirements for all 9 AF HQ Staff personnel and RMSE attendees.

    • 8.6 Assist lead contractor Joint Task Force Conceptual Operational Plans, Training, and Execution Senior Planner (para 4.1) to review, develop, and prepare JTF CONOPs, conceptual operational plans, and proper execution of JTF process execution.
    • 8.7 Assist lead contractor Joint Task Force Computer and Communications Senior Planner (para 4.7) to define the hardware and software requirements and configurations for JTF exercises both at home and deployed.
    • 8.8 Assist lead contractor Master Scheduler/Event Coordinator (para 4.11) to maintain the JTF Community of Practice website maintaining, reorganizing, and updating the customer’s Community of Practice website.
    • 8.9 Perform as Lead Contractor to advise the JTF leadership on the operational impact of Informational Assurance controls.
    • 4.8.10 Assist lead contractor Joint Task Force Computer and Communications Senior Planner (para 4.7) to liaise with the ACC Communications Directorate (ACC/A6C), ACC Intelligence Directorate, ISR Systems (ACC/A2O), Air Mobility Command (AMC), and Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) for all issues pertaining to the DJC2 configuration status and changes.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • 3 years of joint cyber and communications operations within a Joint or Combined Staff
    • 2 years of experience in the JOPP
    • Top Secret Clearance with SCI

    Desired:

    • 5 years of Joint Communications/Cyber Officer experience within a Joint or Combined Staff
    • 3 years of experience within an operational headquarters staff
    • Bachelor's degree from an accrediated college or university
