ITA International is seeking qualified candidates to join their team in Shaw AFB, SC as the Joint Task Force Non-Lethal Fires Senior Planner for Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) 9th Air Force, Rear Mission Support Element (RMSE). This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Assist lead Joint Task Force Effects Coordinator Senior Planner research, analyze, and assess current and predicted operational environments, missions, and requirements to ensure capabilities remain relevant to the current or predicted warfighter needs.
• Provide instruction in accordance with the Government-provided syllabus.
• Train JTF personnel regarding current and predicted operational environments, missions, and requirements. Support approximately 6 classes per year with a notional class size of 40 personnel.
• Assist Joint Task Force Conceptual Operational Plans, Training, and Execution Senior Planner to review, develop, and prepare JTF CONOPs, conceptual operational plans, and proper execution of JTF process execution.
• Assist lead Master Scheduler/Event Coordinator to attending exercise planning conferences to include development, initial, mid, and final planning conferences for at least 3 exercises per year.
• Assist lead Curriculum Senior Planner to advise and assist with an annual Syllabus Review Conference to provide input and changes to RMSE course syllabi.
• Assist lead contractor Curriculum Senior Planner to review, coordinate, and prepare JTF Stan Eval MQF.

Required:

• 8 years Rated operations experience or TACP Officer/Air Liaison Officer
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 2 years of experience in the JOPP
• Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligible

Desired:

• 2 years as the Chief of Non-Lethal Fires/Information Operations on a Joint HQ
• 1 year of experience within a ground maneuver staff and/or Special Operations Forces
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 12 years Rated operations experience or TACP Officer/Air Liaison Officer
