    ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.


    ITA International is seeking qualified candidates to join their team in Suffolk, VA as a Management Analyst. This position is contingent upon contract award.


    The Management Analyst shall have software engineering technical writing experience to gather requirements and proper documentation such as: Application Requirements,

    Developer Guides, Coding Standards, Database Design, Software Requirements, and Software Quality Assurance Programs.

    • The Management Analyst shall be technically competent in implementation and sustainment of S1000D and IETMs.
    • The Management Analyst shall be knowledgeable on information technology applicable standards, specifications and test plan practices.
    • The Management Analyst shall have experience with IETM/Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETP), development, S1000D conversion and integration international content standards, XML/ Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) authoring and creation structured of structured content, Technical Writing authoring of repair and maintenance, illustrated parts, and wiring manuals.
    • The Management Analyst shall have a working level understanding and ability to apply knowledge for implementing S1000D specifications utilizing a CSDB


    • The Management Analyst shall possess a Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum of three (3) years experience with S1000D and IETM
    • Or High School Diploma and seven (7) years experience with the same applications.
