ITA International is seeking qualified candidates to support the HQ NORAD and USNORTHCOM J71 (N&NC/J7) in support of exercise development, execution, assessment, and training for the VIGILANT GUARD (VG) Joint Regional Exercise Program located at Peterson AFB, Colorado.
N&NC/J7 are responsible for planning and executing joint training, exercises and individual instruction programs to ensure N&NC are prepared to accomplish their missions to deter, prevent, and defeat threats and aggression with their areas of operation and AOR. In coordination with National Guard Bureau J3/7, they also plan and execute the VIGILANT GUARD (VG) Joint Regional Exercise Program to train and/or assess the preparedness and capability of National Guard personnel and plans in joint civil-military response to Homeland Security/Homeland Defense incidents. Services include: planning, development, coordination, facilitation, execution, and support for post-event assessment of VG exercises and program events; use and management of a wide range of systems and processes that include the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS), Lessons Learned Information System (LLIS), Joint Master Scenario Events List (JMSEL), All Partner Access Network (APAN), and Emergency Management Assistance Compact virtual dynamic training environment (EMAC Sandbox) databases; and support for inputs into the development of the Joint Training Plan and the Commander’s Strategic Planning Guidance and other training plans.
