ITA International is seeking qualified candidates to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Headquarters (CG7) located in Washington, DC. The USCG generates Mission Analysis Reports and subsequent Requirement Documents to identify and assess its readiness needs and capabilities necessary to meet operational and functional requirements. The USCG requires support to develop and complete several analyses for documents. As an Operations and Requirements Analyst, the candidate will provide research and analysis expertise for Team ITA in the development of major acquisition documentation, including Mission Analysis Reports, Capability Analysis Reports and Mission Needs Statements, Operational Requirements Documents, Capability Based Assessments, Business Case Analysis and Concept of Operations.. The Candidate shall support these task areas and accomplish the following objectives:
Conducts research and analysis in support of USCG major acquisition efforts
Authors and drafts requirements documents and executive level presentations
Conducts stakeholder meetings, interviews and surveys to obtain perspectives on operational requirements.
Reviews and provides comments and recommendations on acquisition focused documentation
