ITA International is seeking qualified candidates to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Headquarters (CG7) located in Washington, DC. The USCG generates Mission Analysis Reports and subsequent Requirement Documents to identify and assess its readiness needs and capabilities necessary to meet operational and functional requirements USCG requires support to develop and complete several of analyses and provide technical writing expertise. The Candidate shall support this task and accomplish the following tasks:
Conducts professional editing of executive level documentation related to USCG major system acquisition efforts. Documents include Mission Analysis Reports, Capability Analysis Reports and Mission Needs Statements, Operational Requirements Documents, Capability Based Assessments, Business Case Analysis and Concept of Operations.
Ensures all submitted outlines and written drafts comply with federal plain language guidance and are well-developed, unified, coherent, and concise.
Correct weaknesses in the focus, organization, coherence, and logic of all written deliverables.
