ITA currently recruiting for a  Program Manager   for our Baltimore, MD location. This is a contingent contract based upon award. 


  • Direct daily activities of Maintenance Manager Team Leads
  • Serve as technical POC for junior personnel and field level Coast Guard personnel
  • Review recorded daily MPC numbers and errors on the error tracker.
  • Oversee the review of MPC's for errors to ensure the accuracy of data prior to input, as well as the return of MPC's with errors to the unit for correction.
  • Monitor junior personnel to ensure unresolved errors are tracked and resolved. 
  • Interact with the Small Boat Product Line (SBPL) and Patrol Boat Product Line (PBPL) ACMS analysts to resolve MPC and other technical issues



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Basic knowledge of computer software including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic Windows navigation.
  • Full knowledge of the Asset Computerized Maintenance System (ACMS)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Running reports in Asset Logistics Management Information System (ALMIS), EAL, and ACMS.
  • Communicating with field units and Product Line personnel to resolve errors in documents received, and maintaining boat records for assigned sectors.
